During my unique healings in desert canyons and hikes, my body felt restored, light, and at peace.  I met with Montell four days in a row and through talking and moving energy, I made several breakthroughs that brought me home to myself, my body, and my experience.  Since leaving Phoenix, I touch base with Montell and reaffirm how I've grown and how I have the capability to understand my body's karmic pains and heal on my own.
